Join a small group for my boot camp workouts. These classes are affordable, fun, and addictive. Jennifer has many boot camp customers who have been attending one, two, or three times weekly for several years. At boot camp class, you can make new friends, experience the outdoors, and do a different workout every time you come.  You will increase muscle endurance, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and balance.  Several of Jennifer's boot camp clients have lost 20, 30, even 40 pounds just by coming to her classes and making a few dietary changes!  Classes are held indoors and outdoors based on weather conditions.







At Jennifer Allen Pilates and Personal Training in Atlanta, Georgia, our boot camp workouts are generally taught outside. When it rains or drops below 40 degrees, we move the class indoors to a gym or studio nearby.  Join us bright and early for a workout that is guaranteed to aid in your weight loss. This is highly personal and promotes friendship within the group. Group sizes are typically four to eight people of both men and women.
