Bison and Vegetable Soup

This was so good! Usually, I just throw whatever I have in a pot and don’t write it down, but this is a keeper!

Ingredients


2 pounds ground bison 85% lean/15% fat

1 pound ground turkey 85% lean/15%

8 cups organic free range chicken stock

1 12 oz. bag riced cauliflower

1 10 oz. bag organic Chinese-style stir fry blend

1 10 oz. riced sweet potato

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies

2 Tablespoon sea salt

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon onion salt

2 teaspoons ground black pepper


Directions


Cook meat until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredient, heat to simmer. Makes Ten servings. Enjoy!
