Jenn's Chicken Salad
Six cooked boneless and skinless chicken breasts, shredded or chopped.
Half Cup of Ketogenic Mayo (I used Chosen Foods brand traditional KETO mayo but use whatever brand you would like. Primal Kitchen is also a good brand. You could make it yourself.)
Half Cup Chopped carrots
Half Cup Chopped celery
One Cup Chopped seedless grapes
One teaspoon salt
One teaspoon pepper
Mix, chill, and enjoy!
Note: Measurements may be altered to achieve the preferred consistency.
